DPF Removal, Physical


With removing the dpf (diesel particulate filter) from your vehicle you must also get the ecu regeneration cycle removed as otherwise the active or passive regeneration will still take place causing the vehicle to smoke!
The physical removal consists of the dpf (diesel particulate filter) being removed from the vehicle or replaced with either an off the shelf part or a custom made dpf part. Typically the dpf is located on the turbo down pipe, but this depends on the vehicle type.
 

Physical dpf removal is availible on most makes and models on the road today, but please check with us first as some vehicles cannot have the dpf removed. The cost for the dpf removal is vehicle type dependant, but typical prices start from £400. On request we can supply a replacement dpf bypass pipe or custom made dpf bypass pipe, prices start from £199.
