DPF Cleaning
When your cars dpf is getting full or close to full it will trigger an error and your engine management will send the car into a safety mode "Limp Home" to protect the engine from further damage, this normally will limit the engine power and revs to a maximum of 3000rpm in an effort to reduce back pressure.
The cleaning service we offer will remove this problem and clear out the dpf material to allow the exhaust gases to pass through once again. As there are other contributing factors as to why the dpf blocks in the first place we have designed a complete service along with the dpf cleaning and also a maintenance package to aid in keeping your engine and dpf running as it should, Trouble free!. On some of the problems with the dpf the engine oil is also being affected by the soot build up. To remove the soot we will either, flush the engine, drain the oil, change the oil filter and then replace the oil (only if the engine hasn't had the oil changed within the last 5000 miles) or use a special oil additive to neutralise the soot and help re-seal the piston rings.

The basic dpf clean includes the following;

-ECU Diagnostics

-DPF Cleaned
-ECU Errors reset

 

The price for the basic clean is £180inc vat

 

The premium dpf cleaning service includes the following;

-Air Intake system stripped and cleaned, including maf sensor.

-Air Intake system checked for leaks, includes all hoses.
-New Air Filter fitted*
-Turbo cleaned out
-Inlet Manifold and vales cleaned
-EGR Valve cleaned (where possible)
-Engine oil flushed*
-Oil changed*
-New Oil Filter fitted*
-Oil additive. This helps in sealing piston rings and neutralise any soot in existing engine oil.
-Fuel treatment added to the diesel tank. This will clean out any contaminates caught in the

   fuel tank, clean the injectors and help protect the engine for up to 8000 miles.
-Fuel additive added to the diesel tank. This aids in dpf regeneration at lower temperatures (very helpful for start stop journey's)
-DPF Cleaned
-ECU Errors reset
